She has gained valuable hands-on experience through internships across diverse mental health settings, with significant exposure to both clinical and counselling domains. This has enabled her to understand a wide range of psychological concerns and observe therapeutic processes in practice.

Through her training, Ekta has developed essential skills in client interaction, rapport building, basic psychological assessment, and supportive counselling techniques.
